With the launch of our new menu in collaboration with Inka Grill, we’re introducing bold Peruvian flavours alongside comfort classics, designed to be enjoyed before, 


Peruvian Starters Inspired by Tradition

Peruvian cuisine is known for its depth of flavour, fresh ingredients and cultural fusion — and our starters are the perfect introduction.

Highlights include the Causa de Pollo, a traditional Peruvian dish made with seasoned potato, chicken and avocado, and its vegetarian counterpart, Causa de Verdura.
For something crisp and indulgent, Tequeños de Queso and Tequeños de Pollo deliver golden pastry filled with melted cheese or seasoned chicken, ideal for sharing with drinks.

If you’re after bold flavour, Chicharrón de Cerdo offers crispy pork belly served with chalaquita, while classic Empanadas de Carne bring comfort with every bite.


Peruvian Mains Made for Long Nights

Our Peruvian mains celebrate hearty, satisfying dishes that pair perfectly with late-night energy.

The iconic Lomo Saltado — stir-fried beef with onions, tomatoes, fries and rice — is a favourite for good reason, blending Peruvian and Chinese influences on one plate.
For something rich and comforting, Ají de Gallina delivers shredded chicken in a creamy yellow chilli sauce, while Ají de Champiñones offers a vegetarian alternative without compromising flavour.

One of the standout dishes on the menu is Arroz Chaufa, a classic Peruvian-Chinese fried rice with chicken, vegetables and soy sauce — perfect for sharing or enjoying solo between sets on the dancefloor.

For those craving comfort food, our Classic Beef Burger and Crispy Chicken Burger are served with chips and packed with flavour.
